I hope the hunt was successful.

I went for that last Tuesday- worked half-hlaf (It's always a hassle with having hips but also a waist .. all jeans always need to be sewed tighter later).

This day was very exhausting - the family came for 'birthday celebrations' and this time I took care for everything (two cakes and dinner, not to mention the clean-up marathon before).

Yeah - actually I actually found two fitting jeans. And bought both of 'em, hoping that I'm good now for a few more years, cause me finding something fitting that doesn't look like something my grandma might wear is like Christmas and Easter at one day. Finding TWO is like birthday and all the other holidays added on top.

Birthday celebrations: Ugh. Those family celebrations... I could do without them. Most straining thing is indeed all that stupid clieaning, before AND after.

Buying clothes... it depends. It can be fun if I'm just going out to see if there's something nice in the shops, I've shot a lot of nice shirts that way. But going out and really needing something? Can be hell!
