Re: A positive thread!
Remember when I was wondering about where my clothes for visiting medieval markets went to? The leather pants and jerkin I've been searching so hard?
Well, just was in the basement to look for my pre-christmas-decoration and guess what I found? Hidden by the box with the christmas-tree-holder?

Re: A positive thread!
Nice!!!
I was, I think, in my 6th or 7th year of primary school, and I had to pay for some books, so my mother gave me the money. The deadline was in one month. So, the deadline came, and I completely forgot about it all. I was carried away and didn't give the money to the teacher when I had it. But I knew I didn't spend it. It wasn't too much, so mother gave it to me again.
Few months later, I was going home, and accidentally dropped one of the books I had (I think Math). Guess what fell out of the book?! The money I got the first time. Did I report it to my mom? Ummmm... yes. But she said its okay, it's mine now

I capped off my birthday yesterday by watching the extended cut version of Avatar. Watching it again reminded me of how awesome that movie is and made me eager to want to see the sequels. I think I am going to make this a regular thing, watching Avatar on my birthday.

A few hours ago I finished my last assignment of the semester, and I have taken all my exams.
It's always a weird feeling. It never feels like I'm really done. It's like there must be something I still have left to do. I can't really be done, can I?

Well I had a great Christmas. I went a little nuts this year, but it was worth it.
And another package arrived today. And there are two more coming. Yeah. I really went nuts.

Gave yourself some Christmas presents?
Well, Santa was good to me too: He left this behind:

Now I'm waiting for Spring and good weather to come along

I'm jealous now.
Was it an actual gift or did you buy it for yourself/said someone exactly what you wanted?

It was an actual gift from some friends who had listened to me rambling about bowshooting for years now

Re: A positive thread!
Just got back from a meeting with a master blacksmith not far from here. I was there to talk about a possible internship for most a week, but it soon turned out that she had another idea...
She might even have me as her apprentice!
This is the coolest thing EVER!!!
