You sound ready for another Spa-Weekend.

I am. But there's none in sight... at least there was some sleeping in this morning.
And later I'll go to what's called "Princely Garden-Party" or something like that. There's one of those old mansions around here, with a huge park, that still belongs to the old noble family and they open it just twice a year, one time when the Rhododendron are in bloom, the second time in September for a huge gardening show. It's really nice... booths with food, plants of all kinds, music - and the park in itself is already awesome: There's a thousand year old Oaktree standing there, and it's just worth going there for this single tree.

At the moment I'm loading the battery of my camera, hoping to take a few nice piccies there.

now I am really yealous.

There surely are quite a few small countryside mansions around here, but most of them are unrenovated and of course no 'ancient families' around. The region was always rather poor and after two wars the little that was there went away completely. The only thing we can provide is the thrill of decay.

Something that can give you nice pictured too, though.

I was indeed lucky with the weater. Now it rains, but I was already at home when the clouds came.

Old neglected parks can have their very own magic as well - I'd like to go there with my camera once.

I admit, I do miss outside. It's fall now and the trourists disappear, so it's all a bit more quiet.

Yeah, I should go outside much more often - usually I'm stuck too in between work and all those chores.
