Gaaaaaaaaah again. Personally I think that call centers are a true crime against humanity - for the people working there as much as for the people who have to deal with them. I'm accepting them for helplines or "Bestell-Annahme" something along those lines, but the ones that try to sell you something? They're a pest. I just stay polite when they call me cause I know that it sucks for the people working there as well.

It's actually for an inbound (you call the center) 'service-line'. But honestly: If you want to put real service from real properly schooled personal out there - school them yourself, employ them yourself and pay them as it should be, not go and buy some people from somewhere.
