Oh how I wish I could all beam you over here for the long weekend - it's gotten so very beautiful outside - the lush green ,the flowering trees and brushes, the sun-yellow fields .. and finally there's sun and some warmer temperatures too.

That's the two or so weeks you are behind - over here most of the flowering trees are already through (I'm at least glad that the birch trees are done now )

But I have the flowers on my balcony planted now and the tree right in front is in full green now. It's like in my own hidden green space here

Me and wife are near the end of the process of selling our apartment in town (10 minutes from the city centre), and as soon as we get the money, we will buy a house. We have shortlisted like 2, maybe 3, but most likely it is going to be the one on the outskirts of this town. For the same money, you get like 2x larger living space, you get your own yard, garage, 2 auxiliary buildings, large garden, and still some money remains to make necessary repairs, paint it, etc
