@Kiy: Yeah, I know. I don't tend to tear but in such cases I'm near a waterfall.

@Xa: We had ... more awkward ones.

I think i know now what my true calling is here in life.

Im an instrument maker! :)

I am in the process of making a traditional Swedish bagpipe and will soon make a few kinds of flutes from southern europe, some small, some big, some huge.

I got in contact with a flutemaker in Czech Republic a few weeks back and he was willing to help me reach my newly founded dreams. So I was able to buy a few special augers, well 10 of them and he is giving me 6 extra!!, plus two books on how to make flutes and a video he made just for me.
I will get the package today.

I have also been busy with work, have made a stool, a big rake, a basket, skies, and now i am making a reconstruction of a 400 year old box.

Wasn't that hidden before? Did it change on itself ?

You're talking about my signature? Flighter was so kind to upload it on his server, so now it's back :)

That too, yes. (I see -photobucket isn't always the easiest to handle, is it?)
I was referring to Xas post - the information was under a 'hidden' tag before and now it is open. Did that change on itself? Usually it should stay hidden, unless an admin or the person who posted it changes it. Or did I get that wrong ?

Hmmmm... I saw no hidden tags in Xa's post at all... *iz confuzzled nao* :oh:

Signature-Pic: I guess it's a change in Photobucket's policy. They want you to upgrade your account now to show pictures like that. Ugh. But that's definitely not for the positive thread.

Yes, it was hidden, when I first saw that he posted something here (I didn't open it on purpose, so I am absolutely sure it was hidden).
So that's a bit weird then.

Yeah yeah - seems things can never be easy.

Is this Cirque du Soleil ?

I am still wishing they would put our some kind of nature documentary about Pandory to shorten the long wiat for us (plus: I simply love well-made nature-docus :geek: )

They have to. The winter is coming :D

Imagine huge chunks of ice forming on the scaffolding and falling onto people passing under. They did it for your safety, lol

Well - that would be a new one. Two years ago or so someone messed up taking care of things before the forecasted bad weather hit and ... wind -> scaffolding that's not fastened tot anything really -> gravity -> a lot (like a lot) of noise around 4 am or so and over a dozen pretty damaged cars. They were just lucky that didn't happen a few hours later.

They only removed half of the scaffolding by the way, at least the front with the balconies. The front towards the street still has those pretty little bars and nettings is only half done - and nobody has been really working here since Wednesday. Um??
