Well - today it actually got worse.

It can ALWAYS get worse. But it can get better as well.

Well - yesterday I went to the dentinst for half-year check-up and cleaning session. All went well enough (teeth are OK but the missing bone in my lower yaw let him take the nurse a x-ray). Given: my gums did hurt a bit more than usual afterwards, but nothing exceptional weird went on.
When I woke up this morning I immediately knew something was wrong.
Apparently the gums between two lower incisivi started to bleed without reason and didn't stopped. It just went on bleeding. I had somehting similar a few years ago- it was much worse and above all happened on a weekend (of course it did).
This time though I directly went to the dentist again - without drinking or eating (would've been uncomfortable with all that blood anyway). Luckily enough my dentist is just across the backyard.
They were pretty shocked/astonished and didn't quite knew what to do except for stuffing bits of blood-absorbent sponge between the theeth.
After about 1,5 at home I knew that wouldn't be enough. So I phoned them again and they just send me to another doc - an oral surgeon - as they would have a 'hot metal hook' to stop the bleeding there.
After getting there (I nearly didn't find the right building) and waiting for quite some time a rather young female looked into my (meantime quite gory looking) mouth and just stated that to her it looked like the bleeding already stopped and I should just wait -the sponges and all the gelatinised blood would disappear in time (NOT helping at all - I still looked like a zombie). In addition she really wanted to recipie for some acid-based mouthwash that was hilarously complicated to get. She had to phone the apothe .... (can't remember the english word) ask to order it, they said they'd have to call back as they never heard of it and after waiting for another time they finally sorted it out I went there (not without further problems to park my car ... ended up in me walking quite a distance for a two minute talk) - and of course they had to make it first and told me I should come and pick it up later the day.
Finally home Bee attacked Murkel out of the blue pretty badly (poor one has a swollen cheek now) and when I tried to seperate them I hurt my back.
Murkel got so scared afterwards that he didn't dared to come down from his 'safe place' and actually peed on the pillow he liked to sleep on during the day.
So I had to clean that up - that was around the time when mom just got home form grocery shopping and I had to ask her to go and pick up the mouthwash (which originally should've costed me 100 bucks btw - but the people there seemignly called my insurance agency and in tured out on 8 something euro) and my bicycle that had to be fixed as something on the metal frame was broken due to wind nad another bike that fell upon it the other day.
And last but not least one of the eggs my mom had bought was already crushed when I opened the package.

I really had quite different plans for today.

Back from my Saturday errands. Shoe shopping is only half as fun if you need shoes that fit with inlays... and still won't look like grandma-shoes.

I actually 'decluttered' my shoes today. And although I got a few I am still missing some and already know that I will desperately need new ones next summer latest.

That's the most frustrating thing: I DO have a lot of shoes and should usually be okay (besides replacing my slowly detoriating pair of black boots) - but with those dang inlays at the moment I can't wear like 90% of them

Since August... I managed to get myself a heel spur like two years ago, over my last move. Guess too much time spent in DIY-markets and furniture stores and stuff :-/

I hoped it'd get better on its own, but instead it got worse, so I finally headed to the doc (getting an appointment there was a drama on its own) and came back with some stretching exercises and the receipe for said inlays. It kinda helps, at least with those things I can walk longer distances again without the feeling of someone drilling a hot wire through my feet.
But I hope that the whole trouble disappears sometime and I can walk normally again - and wear all my normal shoes again.

I didn't know - that sounds very annoying in more than one way, surely. I hope for you it'll just disappear like it came - fast and as unconsciously as possible.

Sore throat - seems to be that time of the year already, I hear that a lot from people around me.
And I'm not really surprised about Murkel and fleas - he HAS been an outside kitten.

He also seems ot have ear mites, but very few (same goes for the fleas - we haven't noticed a single bite or a single flea here - it's pretty much not worth any fuss).

Right now I seem to have developed a kind of understatement flu. Meaning: I had it worse (much worse tbh) but I still feel like a stampede hit me, breathing hurts as does my throat. I could do without that.

I hope your week is better than mine so far.

I've been watching videos like this lately. Whats funny about this one is in the comments section. Someone with a screen name of Dreamdancer82. Ring any bells. I kind of got into a spitting match in the comments section for another video with someone that was born 3 weeks from now. The idiot had the gall to say dogs are stupid, and so are firemen for risking their lives for an animal. I started out with: Such&Such, When you were born, you were dumber than a puppy. All you did was lay there, bawling, and flapping your arms and legs. And it looks as if you hadn't improved much. I can't remember the rest. I just remember this part, because I thought it rather funny.

The link, you have to right click it, and open link in new tab. I can't understand why it doesn't work. Even using the Youtube parenthesis doesn't work.

Anyway it's a heartwarming video to watch first thing in the morning, makes a dull and grey workday better to see there's still decent people out there.
